Berserk
Fear, lust, and love goes away
Vision blurs and starts to fade
Anger rages from inside
Heart broken and ready to die
Mind free of it's pain
Heart freed from it's sane
Berserk
From the scars that won't heal
From how lost that I feel
From the tears that I've shed
From the lies I was fed
From my thoughts that weren't true
From what I thought was in you
Berserk
Until my bones rot
I'll be lost in my thoughts
Nihilism to blame
No locks or restrain
And no more pain...

A Poem Of Berserk By Keith Montz
Down in the dirt hurts, much worse than a thirst burst. cursed by works of a demon.
i speak and advert verses. screams and inert blurts, i insert my own excerpts. quote
myself in first person point of view, so i stay true to my berserk words. absurd verbals
running like gerbils and jumping hurdles. surpassing fertile ground and lunging past logic
like they were sturdy, slow-moving turtles. a rainbow of grammar swayed and spread,
laid out across the page with shades of purple. head lyrical colonel. ideas are spherical.
wintess the miracle, they come full circle......."

A Poem About Berserker By WolfOfWater
My heart is racing,
Going out of control,
Swords are swinging,
Looking to cleave.
The village is burning,
Woman are screaming,
men yelling
everyone fighting,
My heart is racing,
I am a berserker,
Chaos is ruling,
Everyone running,
My heart is racing,
My eyes are darting,
My body not feeling,
my heart is racing,
Axes cleaving,
My heart is racing,
I am berserker
Going out of control,
Swords are swinging,
Looking to cleave.
The village is burning,
Woman are screaming,
men yelling
everyone fighting,
My heart is racing,
I am a berserker,
Chaos is ruling,
Everyone running,
My heart is racing,
My eyes are darting,
My body not feeling,
my heart is racing,
Axes cleaving,
My heart is racing,
I am berserker

A skaldic poem composed by Thórbiörn Hornklofi in the late 9th century
I'll ask of the berserks, you tasters of blood,
Those intrepid heroes, how are they treated,
Those who wade out into battle?
Wolf-skinned they are called. In battle
They bear bloody shields.
Red with blood are their spears when they come to fight.
They form a closed group.
The prince in his wisdom puts trust in such men
Who hack through enemy shields
Those intrepid heroes, how are they treated,
Those who wade out into battle?
Wolf-skinned they are called. In battle
They bear bloody shields.
Red with blood are their spears when they come to fight.
They form a closed group.
The prince in his wisdom puts trust in such men
Who hack through enemy shields
